So I have recently seen a lot of blogging sites with some yummy looking recipes and am officially addicted to Pintrest. Love finding new recipes and even little craft ideas. Lately I have been trying alot of the ones I find and they all have been delish so far!! Last night I made an asparagus casserole with our steak and baked potatoes. Today for lunch for the football game I made spicy bbq sliders and on the menu for tonight Pastry Puff Stuffed Chicken with Orange Glazed Carrots, not sure what else just yet.
I have also stumbled across "freezer meals" while on these blogging sites and thought it was something I would try. Pick a day on the weekend and prepare meals to just be pulled out of the freezer and be thrown in the oven. After working all day and then coming home to my 6 month old daughter, this sounds like the perfect idea, as there are many nights I come home and "just don't feel like cooking" after a long day. Now instead of all the prepping I can just pull it out and cook. Right now I have chicken carbonara and mini meatloafs (from the picture) in the freezer. Going to try breakfast burritos and a cream cheese chicken as well. We shall see how this turns out.....
